Add Entitlement

/tnt/:tid/entitlement/add

Take a resolved payment, SKU, and metadata for a third-party purchase and processes it, generating an entitlement. The SKU will indicate one or more tokens to be minted into the matching user's wallet. There are both synchronous and asynchronous versions of this. If include_pending_claims is set, the response will include asset_claims diagnostic information.
